Roma have added Lucas Gourna-Douath to their midfield on loan with an option to buy.
Gourna-Douath, 21, has joined from Red Bull Salzburg. He has been playing for the Austrian side since 2022, when they signed him from Saint-Etienne in his native France.
Now he has embarked on a new challenge with Roma, becoming the third deadline day addition along with defender Victor Nelsson and full-back Anass Salah-Eddine.
Gourna-Douath will wear the number 27 shirt for Roma.
The option to buy him could become an obligation upon certain conditions and is reportedly worth in the region of €18m.
