Roma have dismissed Daniele De Rossi from the head coach’s role after just four games of the new season.
De Rossi impressed as Roma’s caretaker manager after the sacking of Jose Mourinho last season, with the former captain earning a permanent contract over the summer.
However, that permanent spell has lasted just four games, with Roma failing to win any of them.
The club have confirmed via a statement that De Rossi has been relieved of his duties, with a view to a new coach coming in to salvage the season.
