Italian football is in a state of serious head-scratching once again after a third consecutive failure to qualify for the World Cup.
A defeat to Bosnia and Herzegovina on 31st March ruled Italy out of participating at the 2026 World Cup, following on from their failures to reach the 2018 and 2022 editions of the tournament too.
But can you remember which Roma players took part in those three qualifying campaigns?
In this quiz, you have 10 minutes to recall the players who represented Italy in any match during qualification for the 2018, 2022 or 2026 tournaments whilst they were on Roma’s books at club level.
If they were a former or future Roma player who was representing a different club at the time, they don’t count here.
See if you can get 12 out of 12 and, if you do, post a comment about how quickly you managed it.
