Joyce Borini has left Roma Women after a single season at the club in which she made just eight appearances.
Borini joined Roma after a spell with Madrid CFF last summer, bringing a wealth of experience to Serie A Femminile with her.
However, she got few opportunities to show her worth, starting just twice among eight appearances. Only one start came in the league, in which she played five times.
Her contract with Roma was only due to run for one season and the club have now confirmed it will not be extended.
Therefore, the six-time Brazil international will have to look elsewhere to continue her club career, while Roma may seek new support on the left flank where she was occasionally deployed.
