Andrea Belotti has completed his departure from Roma, joining Fiorentina for the rest of the season on loan.
Fiorentina are believed to have paid €750k for the deal, but do not have an option to buy Belotti in the summer.
The striker has left Roma with just 10 goals from 68 appearances for the club to his name after joining on a free transfer from Torino in 2022.
Belotti didn’t even score at all in Serie A last season despite playing 31 times in the league, and although he put that right with a brace on the opening day this term, he has still struggled to progress and meet the standards required at this level.
The 30-year-old will now take on a fresh challenge with Fiorentina ahead of entering the final year of his contract with Roma.
