Camelia Ceasar joined Roma Women from Milan in 2019. The Romanian soon established herself as first choice goalkeeper. She saved penalties in shootouts in the finals of the 2021 Coppa Italia and 2022 Supercoppa Italiana, which the Giallorosse won.
