Andressa Alves has ended speculation over her future by committing to Roma Women for next season.
There had been rumours about Andressa moving to play in the USA or even returning to her native Brazil, despite remaining one of Roma’s most important players.
Fortunately, though, she will be continuing in the capital, having pledged her future to Roma for another year.
She told the club website: “I am delighted to continue to play here, we have some big ambitions for next season.
“The club keeps striving to do its best both on and off the pitch, and I couldn’t hope to be with a better team. Daje Roma!”
The attacking midfielder will thus add to her 35 appearances and 16 goals for the club to date.
