Deadline day begins

Monday 5th October

We have finally arrived at the final day of the 2020 summer transfer window.

It could be one of the busiest deadline days Roma have endured in recent memory.

Another player who could return is Stephan El Shaarawy, with the winger potentially set to replace Justin Kluivert – who is ready to join RB Leipzig.

Another winger, Diego Perotti, should see his move to Fenerbahce finalised soon.

There are also rumours that goalkeeper Pau Lopez could leave for Everton.

And one more departure could be that of defender Federico Fazio – on the condition that Smalling arrives.

For one last time, follow every twist and turn before the window shuts at 7pm via the Giallorossi Yorkshire transfer blog.
