Roma Women will be looking to record back-to-back wins for the first time this season when they visit Inter on Sunday.
After beating Verona 2-0 last time out, Roma head north for the first of three away games in a row. The opponents are Inter, whom the Giallorosse beat 4-1 in their only previous meeting.
It should be a special day for Annamaria Serturini, who will become the first player to make 50 appearances for Roma Women if she plays. The winger is also just one goal away from her 20th for the club.
Serturini is likely to occupy the left wing role in the front three, which could also comprise of any two of Paloma Lazaro, Lindsey Thomas and Agnese Bonfantini. The latter, of course, used to play for today’s opponents.
Conversely, there will be a familiar face among the Inter ranks. Rome-born midfielder Flaminia Simonetti is spending the season in Milan, and has already played three times this season.
Roma have a hometown player of their own available again, as Elisa Bartoli is back from suspension. Angelica Soffia did well covering in her absence at left-back, so could switch over to the right to keep her place in the lineup.
One player who will not be available, though, is Giada Greggi. The Roman midfielder has suffered an ACL injury, so will be out fr a few months.
Roma are yet to win on their travels this season, so will be looking to put that right.
The game kicks off at 11:30am UK time.
